Tuesday Evening

Then Tuesday night was Victorian Night, so yes after walking atleast 2 miles during the day (oh, my aching feet) we then prepared the girls for Victorian night, pretty dresses and a sit down fancy meal, with the hall decorated special for the girls, candlelit with lights illuminating a statue of St. Therese.

Monday and Tuesday of Girls Camp.  Monday started with arts and crafts and then drive to the convent, someone had donated a large slide for a few hours and the kids loved it, then on Tuesday was a busy day, Field Trip to the Missouri Bridge and the Police Station that is equipped with horses!  It was really neat to learn how they are trained and what they do.  They gave us a demonstration on some of the training.

Happy 4th of July

Went to Boys Town for 4th of July after taking the kids to Village in for Free Pie Wednesday, it was way too hot to sit out waiting this year, with 100 degree temperatures.  So girls met up with a few of their friends for a few minutes, but we enjoyed the sitting and fireworks.  It was a nice time, Billy wasn't feeling well when we left, but it was a great time, Great show, very impressive!

Well Katelyn likes to take pictures, now so does Jaclyn, I guess they are showing some of their mom's hobbies, within their own hobbies. hehe.  Now I'm thankful for all my helpers. hehe
