I hope everyone had a wonderful feast of St. Valentine. Because its a feast of the Catholic church that in many respects have been commercialized we try to really have a great time but stressing on the SAINT Valentine's Day. Many people have dropped the word "Saint" from the holiday so we specifically try to stress using the word Saint in all our greetings.
We started a tradition of making each others Valentine's and the children really enjoyed it. The added fun is we celebrated my brother Joe's birthday and my nephew Jeremy's as well. We had all sorts of treats being Sunday. Although next year we are making little shoe boxes for the valentines because we had little notes everywhere. haha.
